Terms and Conditions

All candidate summaries and interview reports are provided on a no-fee basis, but at the point where a client decides to interview a candidate, the client will confirm by email that they accept our terms and will pay our fees.

On the successful appointment of a candidate, a fee equal to 15% of the annual remuneration offered to the candidate will be payable. The actual amount, which takes into account the expected annual earnings of the candidate (salary, car remuneration and stock incentives), will be detailed in the 'concise interview report'.

Invoices will be submitted to the client when the candidate signs an employment contract with the client, and will be subject to payment terms of two weeks. Any candidate interviewed by the client and hired within a two-year period will be subject to a fee of 15%.

Travelling and any other legitimate business expenses incurred by candidates will be reimbursed directly by the client.
